We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. We do not provide cash or card refunds under any circumstances.

✅ Exchanges Only

We offer exchanges only. If you received a wrong item, a defective product, or need a different size, we are happy to exchange it for you.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation) must be provided

How to Request an Exchange

Exchange Shipping

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when sending the item back for exchange. We will cover the shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to you.
